Jesters Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

Program Name: Jesters Loyalty Program
Business Name: Jesters IP Pty Ltd
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Jesters Loyalty Program (“Program”) operated by Jesters IP Pty Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”). By joining or using the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals aged 12 years or older.
- Employees of Jesters IP Pty Ltd and their immediate families are eligible.
- Membership in the Program is free.
- One account per member. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed at our discretion.
3. Joining the Program
- Customers can join the Program by downloading the Jesters Australia app:
- By joining, you consent to receiving Program-related communications (e.g., points balance, reward updates).
- Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate and up to date.
4. Earning Points
- Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Points are calculated on the total amount spent, excluding discounts, taxes, delivery fees, and gift card purchases (unless otherwise stated).
- Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.
- Bonus points may be awarded for joining the Program, birthdays, referring friends, or promotional offers, subject to their own terms.
5. Redeeming Rewards
- Every 10 points = $1 in rewards.
- Rewards can be redeemed once they reach a minimum value of $5.
- Rewards can be applied to all products, both in-store and via online order-ahead.
- Jesters points can also be earned and redeemed on Cinnabon® products within any Jesters Store that sells Cinnabon® products.
- This excludes Cinnabon® stores (i.e., Balcatta, Carousel & Joondalup).
- Points and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Once redeemed, points are deducted from your balance and cannot be reinstated.
6. Program Locations
The Jesters Loyalty Program is valid at the following Jesters stores:
Aveley, Balcatta, Bassendean, Bull Creek, Canning Vale, Clarkson, Curtin University, Falcon, Gosnells, Innaloo, Joondalup, Kalgoorlie, Maddington, Malaga, Mandurah, Midvale, Mosman Park, Osborne Park, Padbury, Pier Street, Stirling St, Waikiki, Wangara, Welshpool, Winthrop
The Program is not valid at the following locations:
- Petrol & Convenience stores, including, but not limited to, Jesters at: Atlas, BP, Caltex, Gull & Shell
Cinnabon® stores, including Balcatta, Carousel & Joondalup
7. Gift Cards
- Jesters e-Gift Cards can be purchased via the Jesters Australia app, online via jesters.au, or in-store subject to availability.
- Physical Gift Cards can be purchased at participating locations, subject to availability, or by contacting head office:

- Points cannot be earned on Gift Card purchases, but Gift Cards can be used to pay for eligible purchases and earn points on the products purchased with them.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
- Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.
8. Order Ahead
- Members can earn and redeem points when using the Order Ahead feature via the Jesters Australia app.
- A surcharge applies to all order-ahead purchases.
- Points will only be credited after the order has been completed and paid in full.
- Any discounts or promotions applied to order-ahead purchases will be considered when calculating points, as stated in Section 4.
- Rewards can be redeemed when placing orders through the app, subject to minimum reward values and availability.
9. What if I’m already a Jesters VIPie member?
- To transfer your VIPie membership, download the Jesters Australia app and log in using the email address you used to sign up.
- Your details and points will be available immediately in the app.

- Any transferred points or rewards will be subject to the Program rules in effect at the time of transfer.
- Once transferred, your VIPie account will be closed, and all future points and rewards will be earned under the Jesters Loyalty Program.
- Note: You do not need to download the app if you are an existing VIPie member. You can still scan your card in-store or ask a team member to search for you by name or email.
10. Lost Phone / Account Access
If you lose access to your phone or cannot access your account for any reason, you are responsible for notifying us as soon as possible. We may take steps to verify your identity before restoring access, which may include confirming your email address, recent transaction history, or other identifying information.
We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of your account prior to you notifying us.
Points and rewards already redeemed by another party prior to notification cannot be reinstated.
11. App Functionality & Technical Limitations
The Program app and related services are provided “as is” and may occasionally experience outages, disruptions, or technical issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the app.
We are not liable for any loss, missed points, or rewards due to app outages, server downtime, or other technical failures. Members are responsible for ensuring their device and app are compatible and up to date.
12. Right to Correct Errors
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Program, including but not limited to points allocations, rewards, or pricing, whether caused by system glitches, human error, or other technical issues.
If an error occurs, we may adjust points, rewards, or account balances to reflect the correct value. We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or missed benefits resulting from such corrections.
13. Refunds & Adjustments
Points or rewards earned from purchases that are later refunded, cancelled, or adjusted will be reversed. This includes, but is not limited to, returned products, cancelled orders, or any pricing corrections.
We may adjust your points balance or revoke rewards to reflect the accurate transaction value. Members will be notified of any adjustments.
14. Expiry
- Accumulated points do not expire.
- Rewards earned through joining the Program, birthday gifts, or referring friends expire 1 month after being applied.
- Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
15. Account Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership if:
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected,
- You breach these Terms and Conditions, or
- You misuse the Program in any way.
16. No Resale or Commercial Use
Points, rewards, and benefits earned through the Program are for personal use only. They may not be sold, transferred for commercial gain, or used for any business, promotional, or commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so may result in account suspension or cancellation and forfeiture of points and rewards.
17. Changes to the Program
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time with reasonable notice. If the Program ends, all unused points or rewards will expire on the termination date.
18. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will be used solely for the administration of the Program and related marketing, unless you opt out.
19. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Program or from the use of any reward.
