Jesters Gift Card – Terms and Conditions

1. Purchasing & Activation

• You can buy Jesters e-Gift Cards anytime through the Jesters Australia app or online at jesters.au.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Gift Cards are activated at the point of purchase and may take up to 24 hours to become available for use.

2. Redemption

• Gift Cards can be used to purchase eligible goods and services at participating Jesters locations.
• Gift Cards cannot be used for online ordering unless specifically stated.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other payment methods.
• No change will be given for purchases made using a Gift Card. Any remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry.
• You are responsible for ensuring there are sufficient funds on the Gift Card for each transaction.
• You can check your Gift Card Balance online at https://jesters.au/gift-cards/.

3. Participating Locations

Jesters Gift Cards are valid for use at the following Traditional Jesters stores:

Aveley, Balcatta, Bassendean, Bull Creek, Canning Vale, Clarkson, Curtin University, Falcon, Gosnells, Innaloo, Joondalup, Kalgoorlie, Maddington, Malaga, Mandurah, Midvale, Mosman Park, Osborne Park, Pier Street, Stirling St, Waikiki, Wangara, Welshpool, Winthrop

Jesters Gift Cards are not valid at the following locations:

• Petrol & Convenience stores, including but not limited to Jesters at: Atlas, BP, Caltex, Gull & Shell
• Cinnabon® stores, including Balcatta, Carousel & Joondalup

4. Expiry

1. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue unless otherwise required by law.
2. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.

5. Balance & Enquiries

1. Gift Card balances can be checked by visiting https://jesters.au/gift-cards/.
2. You must treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded except where required by law.

6. Restrictions

1. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.
2. Gift Cards cannot be used for:
   • purchasing other gift cards
   • commercial or promotional purposes without our written consent
3. We may refuse transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

7. Refunds & Adjustments

1. Purchases made using a Gift Card are subject to our standard returns policy.
2. If a refund applies, it will be credited back to the original Gift Card or to a replacement Gift Card.
3. If the original Gift Card has expired, no refund or credit will be issued unless required by law.

8. Liability

1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards.
2. We are not responsible for any delays or inability to redeem due to technical issues.

9. Amendments

1. We may update these Terms at any time.
2. Updated Terms will be published on jesters.au website and apply to all Gift Cards from the date of publication.
